Final Report

The final Report for the Art 3200 course, will consist of work completed since the last report. This includes Print-Making and the Final Project. All projects must be submitted by June 14th, any projects not in at this time will receieve a mark of zero.

Overall Grade will consist from the following:

Unit 1 - Painting 25%
Unit 2 - Multi-Medium/Fabric 25%
Unit 3 - Print-Making 25%
Final Project/Critique/Research - 25%

All projects that were done with Ms. Kendell before she left are due to be passed in. She will be here friday the 27th, at whcih point I will be giving her the assignments to take. Students have been informed of this previously and most assignments have been submitted. Any student needing extra time please see Mr. Mouland for extra time after school to complete the projects.

Multi-Media: Poster Collage (Pop Art)

Project was introduced Friday February 12th. In this project students must create a poster/advertisement to promote or sell an idea or item. Students may select an idea such as "Help Haiti" or "Don't do Drugs", or they may create the poster to sell an item (ie. sell lipstick or a ski-doo). Another option, students may create their poster to sell tickets for a band or sports event. The option is their's.

This project must use a minimum of 2 mediums in which students have used (painting, drawing, collage), and must be completed on the paper provided in class. Using incorrect sized paper will deduct marks.

Other methods to complete project include, photo-research collage, and video commercial recording. These are an alternative to the poster if students own the materials for them. (ie: digital camera, video camera).

Project is due February 27th, late assignments will lose 5% per art class late. See Mr. Mouland for further details.
